Are these two related?



I have to say that I am very excited that 2009 is over. it was a little rough for our family. I do have things to be great full for though. in 2009 we had the chance to build a beautiful new home. Nash made it to one without us killing him. :) also the birth of our sweet baby girl took place. My brother who is on his mission is doing great. and we have family and friends around us who love us. I am also great full that we had the money to pay for all those hospital bills. they are starting to slow down. I never want to see another one again. so 2009 was not all bad but I am still happy that it is 2010. HAPPY NEW YEAR EVERYONE!!!!

Christmas 2009

I just dont know what to say about this picture. it is what it is.

Nash loves his new chair from Grandma and Grandpa Elkins. he its in it like a big boy and watches TV.

Lucy loves his chair too.

The Christmas tornado came through our house.

he loved opening his own presents.

As for my wallet, When we got up to SL we found out that they did not have my wallet just the stuff that was in it. my Credit cards and ins. cards. my SS card and ID was not there. they had taken that stuff out and put it in someone elses purse. it will always be a mystery.

On Saturday the 19Th. Bryan and I had went up to SL for my cousins wedding. we went to the luncheon and had a good time when we got back to the car the passenger side window was smashed in. instantly I thought, " my purse was in there." sure enough they had taken my wallet. my drivers license, credit cards and even my SS card was in there. instantly Bryan got on the phone and started cancelling things. we also put a fraud alert on my SS card. I am still little on edge, well today we got a call from our bank saying someone (the mission Pres. from SL) had found my wallet. the cards are still there but he did not see my SS card. I hope that he was just not looking hard enough. we will find out tomorrow when we go up there to get it. I am so great full that some one honest found it. I hope that this never happens to anyone. it is a disturbing feeling knowing some stranger has your personal stuff. we assume they where after cash (which I had none) when they did not see any they tossed it. I hope that everyone has a safe and enjoyable Christmas.

there is no place like home.

I love that the flower is bigger then her head. I think that every little girl needs one.

He was so willing to just sit there and hold her. heaven for bid he smiles though. I love those kids.

here is a picture of the living room and kitchen of our new house. As you can see it is not all the way done but I realy dont care. it will be done by march, that is when we are blessing Lucy. I am so happy to be in our house. I think that Nash is alot happier too. he has so much more room to run around in.

Baby sister

her are some pictures of Lucy. this was the first day home. nash did not know what to think. this was as close as I could get him to her. he loves her so much now. he is even very soft with her.

there is not question that she is nashs sister. she is a very good baby. I really cant complain about anything. and she only wakes up once a night. I am very lucky. I think that I deserve it :)

Well it is not the 20th but lucy just could not wait any longer I guess. Lucy was born on Nov 14. at 12pm. She was 6lbs. 8oz. she is just a tiny little thing. so sweet. I will post pictures as soon as I can. we will be moving into our house throughout the week. hopefully to be living there tomorrow.

lucy is coming

well I just wanted to let everyone know that Lucy will be born on November 20Th. that is less then 6 weeks away. wow two kids. we will make is as long as I am in my house. well I hope she comes that day unless my labor goes into the next day. I hope not. it not like my last labor was short. I will be getting induced for a lot of reasons. I cant wait to dress her up in all her new clothes.
